The shape and accuracy of Dongguan CNC machining products are related to its numerical control system. Below we will briefly introduce the CNC machining numerical control system, structure and mechanical properties.
The first is the mechanical performance of the CNC system used in Dongguan CNC machining: when the system and machine tool structure are determined, the mechanical performance determines the machining accuracy. The higher the mechanical precision, the better precision products can be processed. Generally speaking, the product precision is at least one level lower than the precision of the machine tool.
Then there is the numerical control system of Dongguan CNC machining: the system itself ranges from 2-axis linkage, 3-axis linkage to 5-axis linkage. The more the number of linkage axes, the more complex things can be processed. In theory, a 5-axis linkage machine tool can process any shape.
The last is the structure of the machine tool: in the case of a system decision, the structure of the machine tool itself also determines what kind of shape can be processed.
