In the latest version of the agreement, the contracting entity, choice of law and place of dispute resolution states:
“When you use all other services in accordance with these terms, you are entering into a contract with Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA, and for those services, these terms will be governed by the State of Washington, regardless of conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction. The state or federal courts in King County, Washington, United States shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.”
