CNC machining parameters
1) Divided according to the representation form of the parameters, the parameters of CNC machine tools can be divided into three categories.
(1) State parameters
According to the introduction of precision CNC processing manufacturers, the state parameter refers to the eight binary digits of each parameter, each of which represents an independent state or the presence or absence of a certain function. For example, the digits in the No. 1 parameter item of FANUC0-TD system represent state-type parameters.
(2) Ratio parameter
Ratio parameter refers to the proportional coefficient of a certain parameter that the numerical values represented by a certain parameter setting are all certain parameters. For example, “FANUC0-TD system 512, 513, 514 parameter items in each of the eight-bit representation is a ratio parameter.
(3) True value parameters
According to the analysis of precision CNC machining manufacturers, the true value parameter means that a certain parameter directly represents the true value of a certain parameter of the system.
